Our purpose as a cafe and community space is to practice a sustainable and ethical business.  We purchase only Organic & local produce and foods from as many local Farmers as possible, throughout Vermont’s changing seasons. We use as many Vermont grown ingredients as we can, year round and organic alternatives for what we can not.

    Our mission is to prepare and serve food that is fresh, delicious and of maximum goodness for our planet- we prefer not to serve ingredients which have flown across oceans, or have been grown with a careless use of pesticides.
